You should arrive at the airport well in advance. For the location of the check-in counters, please consult the respective airport notice boards.
Check-in counters open three hours before takeoff and close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. After this time, no baggage will be accepted and no boarding passes issued.
At check-in, you must present your ticket or corresponding file number and your valid passport to prove your identity. Nouvelair reserves the right to verify (or through third parties) by other means if it believes that the documentation presented is insufficient or if it doubts its validity.
At the airport, you can check in and print your boarding pass at the self-service kiosks available 24/7. These kiosks allow you to check in from 3 hours up to 1 hour before departure.
The self-service kiosks are available at the following airports:
- Tunis Carthage Airport, Terminal 1;
- Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, Terminal 3.

All passengers can check in via the self-service kiosks, except in the following cases:
- Unaccompanied minors;
- Passengers requiring special assistance (PRM);
- Passengers traveling with pets or special baggage.
For flights departing from Tunis, after checking in at the kiosk, passengers must proceed to the dedicated counter for document verification and to ensure that their cabin baggage meets the requirements. The "cabin baggage" tag will also be affixed there.
If you have checked in at the kiosk and have hold baggage, you need to go to the check-in counter to drop it off and proceed with the verification of its weight and dimensions.
Should you experience any doubts or difficulties while checking in at the self-service kiosks, an agent will be available nearby to assist you.
A cabin baggage check will be carried out during boarding. If non-compliant baggage is detected, a fee will be applied before your departure.
Boarding begins 40 minutes before departure. The boarding gate closes 20 minutes before departure. Passengers who show up after this time will not be allowed to board and will not be entitled to claim any compensation for being denied boarding, even if you are properly checked in and have your boarding pass.
Whenever possible, passengers with reduced mobility, families traveling with children and pregnant women will be given priority for boarding.
You will be transferred to the aircraft via a walkway or bus depending on the, infrastructure of your departure airport.

Nouvelair operates its flights from Terminal 1. Head to a notice board to locate your check-in counter.
There are two parking lots with a total of 2,500 spaces for passengers and their companions.
The "proximity" parking lot is closest to the terminal entrance. The economy parking lot is located behind the proximity parking lot. The rates in effect on October 1, 2017, are as follows:
- Proximity parking: 2 Tunisian dinars (TND) per hour;
- Economic parking: 1 Tunisian dinar (TND) per hour.
In front of the terminal, metered cabs are available 24 hours a day to take you to the center of Tunis.
Two urban bus lines run to and from Tunis-Carthage airport.
They are operated by the company TRANSTU (N°35 and N°635) Vehicle rentals: Numerous vehicle rental companies offer their services in Tunisia.
Several of them have an agency at the airport of Tunis where you can directly take charge of your vehicle 24 hours a day.
Located eight kilometers west of Monastir, on the territory of the municipality of Skanes.
The airport has only one terminal reserved for passengers and serves national and international destinations.
A parking lot with a total of 609 spaces (car, bus and minibus) allows the parking of travelers and their companions.
Cabs are available in front of the terminal to take you to the city center. A bus leaves the airport every hour to reach the city center.

Djerba-Zarzis International Airport is located 13.2 kilometers west of the city center (Houmt Souk).
The airport has a terminal reserved for travelers and a second terminal reserved for goods. It serves national and international flights.
There is a parking lot with 600 spaces.
