For all destinations, the number of pieces and the total weight of carry-on baggage must comply with the following rules :

Liquids brought into the cabin must be in a container with a capacity no greater than 100ml. These liquids must be carried in a sealable, transparent plastic bag of a capacity no greater than 1L.

Nouvelair applies two different policies regarding checked baggage depending on destinations:
* Weight Concept: baggage allowance is based on the weight

The maximum weight allowed per bag on all of our flights is 32KG.
Baggage weighing more than 32 kg and/or exceeding 158 cm in total dimensions will be considered oversized baggage.

You can carry additional luggage . This additional baggage is subject to payment of fees and the total weight of checked baggage (allowance + additional) must not exceed 50KG per passenger.

We know how important your professional activities and hobbies are to you and, as such, we accept on board your musical equipment in order to make your travel easier and more enjoyable.
Small instruments like guitars, violins and saz whose length, depth and width that don’t exceed 115cm (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) can be carried in the cabin free of charge.
If you need to transport musical instruments that do not comply with these regulations, you will need to purchase an additional seat. The combined dimensions (length + width + depth) of the musical instrument for which you have purchased a seat must not exceed 50cm x 50cm x 67cm, and the maximum weight is 75KG.

We know that transporting musical instruments requires special care and, as such, we mark them as fragile and take extra care while loading and unloading them from the aircraft.
Make sure to pack your instrument in a hard case before checking it in or carrying it into the cabin in order to prevent it from getting damaged. Nouvelair will not be responsible in case of damage.

Beyond 15KG, additional kilos will be considered as excess baggage.
Beyond 158 cm and/or 32 kg, the equipment will be charged an additional fee as an oversized and /or overweight baggage (BULK).
To avoid damage during the flight, your sports equipment will be tagged as fragile items.
In addition, to protect them from damage, we recommend that you carefully pack your equipment before returning it to the luggage counter. Nouvelair will not be liable for any damage.
Baggage weighing more than 32 kg and/or with total dimensions (L + W + H) exceeding 158 cm is considered oversized.
Such items require special handling and are transported through a dedicated transfer circuit to ensure their safety.
Additional fees apply to any baggage exceeding 32 kg.
Passengers are strongly advised to inform the airline prior to travel to ensure efficient processing and avoid delays. The airline declines any responsibility in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
If your baggage is damaged, delayed or lost:
- Passengers are not entitled to a withdrawal or cooling-off period when purchasing an airline ticket.
- Discounts may be granted for infants and children under the following conditions:
* Infants under twenty-four (24) months of age pay 10% of the base fare (excluding taxes).
* Children over two (2) years old and under twelve (12) years old may be eligible for specific discounts depending on the destination.
- A maximum of nine (9) passengers may be included in a single booking.
- An adult may be accompanied by only one infant travelling on their lap.
- A minor aged between 12 and 18 years may travel alone but cannot be responsible for an infant.
- A child between the ages of 2 and 5 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
- A child aged 5 to 12 may travel under one of the following conditions:
* They are accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
* An Unaccompanied Minor Service reservation has been made in their name.
